What Is It?
  • Rexel's Seasonal Parts Agreement provides flexible, seasonal inventory service, delivering access and availability of critical spares to maximize machine uptime and throughput while reducing overall inventory carrying costs. Your inventory is on-site, giving you 24x7 access, while Rexel owns the inventory for a fixed fee through the contract commitment period. Rexel's Parts Management Agreement is backed by our local inventory and supported by our service specialists to replenish your used inventory.
How It Works
  • Evaluate - A Rexel Service Specialist will work with you on-site to determine which critical spares, quantity, and other required parts should be stocked at your facility.

  • Implement - At a flat rate, Rexel will stock and manage the inventory at your facility, providing applicable warranties valid for the term agreement. The warranty starts when product usage begins.

  • Service - Ongoing support and data will be provided to optimize your storeroom. Excess stock is returned to Rexel upon completion of the agreement term.
