What is FactoryTalk Historian Vision?
FactoryTalk Historian Vision is an add-on to FactoryTalk Historian that will allow your users to make information-driven decisions. It provides an easy-to-use, rapidly deployed, and scalable solution that will allow users from the operator to the CEO to see dynamic, relevant data on the plant floor, their laptops, or mobile devices.
FactoryTalk Historian Vision allows you to analyze data on the fly so you can easily display the latest information such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It is critical to measure your OEE on actual data so that you can start to understand the 3 components of OEE: availability, performance, and quality. FactoryTalk Historian Vision can provide displays where you view the OEE percentage and drill down to get a complete picture of how your equipment is running.

The ability to do effective root cause analysis of your production interruptions allows for faster and more economical fixes. FactoryTalk Historian Vision will let the users create displays and ad-hoc trending with multiple time contexts that provide playback of your process to give them a pictorial view of exactly what happened during an event.
